2021 EEOC Updates

In this session, Barbara will discuss the details of the proposed EEOC wellness incentive rules, released on January 7, 2021. Now that language is available to review and analyze, it will be easier for Barbara to answer questions and explain what the new rules mean for workplace wellness incentives going forward.
