In this session, Barbara and her guest panelist, Michelle Spehr of The Benefit Services Group, Inc., explain how wellness programs can strike just the right balance between respecting differences and improving lives. For many civil rights advocates, the goal of creating and implementing civil rights laws is not to eliminate differences, but to embrace them. Unexpectedly, this puts some well-intentioned workplace wellness programs at odds with civil rights law.
