This session will review the history of the wellness incentive rules under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) before providing the latest news about the updated rules by the EEOC. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions about the draft rules and how those rules might impact workplace wellness programs in the future.
