Health Promotion Program Legal Update with Heather Sittler, September 2021

This session will be an interactive discussion with Senior Health Strategist, Heather Sittler, CWWPC, about wellness program challenges, from a legal perspective, and how her company, Hylant, solved those challenges.

Heather Sittler has been with Hylant for over 20 years. She graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Business Administration and has been consulting on corporate wellness for over 10 years. At Hylant, she assists clients in making policy, procedure, and protocol change to enhance the health and wellbeing of employees. She develops strategies to promote healthy life-styles amongst the employees while integrating cost-savings and productivity improvements. She educates the community on industry knowledge in regard to workplace wellness and consults with clients on developing the right wellness strategy given company culture and goals with an outside of the box approach tailored to the individual needs of each organization.
