Animals in the Workplace: The Legalities of Service Animals and Pets for Wellbeing

In this session, Barbara will discuss the many employees who desire to bring a service animal to work as part of their wellbeing. This session will review the laws involving service animals in the employment context. In particular, attendees will learn about the ADA and the EEOC’s views on service vs. emotional animals in the workplace. Attendees will use case scenarios to apply the concepts discussed in the webinar as well as to recognize areas of legal risk when requests for service or emotional animals are made.
